CareersWe currently have two openings for Medical Technologists (part time or full time) in our Central Laboratory of a global CRO company. Revise lab SOPs and interact with regulatory agency for lab certification. Interact with nursing, clinician and our customers from pharmaceutical companies. Instruct students and employees. Perform and analyze quality control data. Perform a wide range of central laboratory procedures requiring technical knowledge and skills. Operate complicated laboratory analyzers to provide critical data for use in the clinical trial studies. Evaluate/research new techniques and/or equipment. Pay is competitive and commensurate with experience. Requirements: Minimum of Bachelor of Science Degree. One (1) year training in a Medical Technology approved program preferred. Must have passed upon hire or within 6 months of hire the National Certification exam (ASCP or NCA), MT certificate (ASCP), M(ASCP), or MLT(ASCP) certification or equivalent.
Qualifications: Must possess skills to perform assigned tasks in an independent manner to produce timely results in accordance with accepted standards. Will provide quality service in a caring professional manner and support company goals, objectives and mission. Bachelor's degree and graduation from an approved school of Medical Technology. - At least four years of working experience in CRO, Pharmaceutical or Biotech companies.
- Familiarity with Chinese regulatory and clinical study process and environment is a plus
- MS or MA in Biology, Medical sciences or MBA preferred.
- Expert in using MS words, MS Excel, MS power points. Knowledge of using MS project is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, verbally and written
